Human Talks: The Physicality of Dance
Join Scottish Ballet to discuss the physicality of dance within the context of the life of a professional ballet dancer. Find out about their training, technique, diet, and the prevention and treatment of injuries through physiotherapy, massage, and Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercise systems.
This event is part of the Human Talks; a series of relaxed informal talks that will explore some of the fascinating themes that surround the culture of sport. The talks are FREE so why not come along and join us for an interesting evening of chat with plenty of opportunity for questions.
